About Prime Breeze · Dallas, Texas

Home comfort starts with people.

Prime Breeze Heating and Air Conditioning is a fictional Dallas HVAC company created by Plan and Pulse. Its story starts in 2003 with a simple idea: looking after a home should include looking after the people in it.

Our beginning

It began with room for a conversation.

In this fictional story, Prime Breeze began in 2003 with a small appointment book and time between visits to listen, explain a recommendation and answer one more question.

The idea was straightforward: homeowners shouldn’t need to learn a new vocabulary just to understand what happens next. A visit should leave the conversation clearer, with the work and price discussed before moving ahead.

That approach connects the air conditioning, heating, indoor air quality and maintenance represented in this demonstration. The focus is clear information as a home and its needs change.

What guides us

Our mission and vision

Our mission

Help homeowners make considered decisions about comfort, care and cost, with recommendations that fit their home and household.

Our vision

Be the familiar team a household can turn to as its home, routines and comfort needs change.

People, working together

Good teamwork happens between visits, too.

A useful handover saves you from starting the conversation again. Appointment details, access arrangements and previous findings should travel with the job.

We make time to compare notes, prepare for the visit and help each other work through questions. It’s the coordination behind the scenes that helps the person at your door arrive with the right context.
